Staci Kearney is the Founder and President of Elevation Strategic Development, LLC, a clinical and regulatory affairs consulting company that services the diagnostics, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. Working in both a CRO and Sponsor capacity, she has represented pharmaceutical and device companies as a liaison with FDA and other global regulatory agencies, such as the EMA. Staci holds a PhD in immunology and has maintained her Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) since 2015.

Dorothy Colagiovanni, PhD, DABT
Vice President of Product Development, Next Frontier Biosciences
Dorothy Colagiovanni, Ph.D. is Vice President of Product Development at Next Frontier Biosciences. She is responsible for the management of research and development activities as well as supporting the international commercialization of the company’s products. She has over two decades of pharmaceutical development experience in start-ups and established biotechs. Dr. Colagiovanni has a broad range of development experience, from early drug discovery to commercial launch. She has worked in the areas of oncology, anti-infectives, cystic fibrosis, inflammation and cannabinoid science.
Dorothy completed her Ph.D. at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Molecular Toxicology and a postdoctoral fellowship at Amgen Boulder.
Amtej Dhillon, MBA
Vice President of Business Development, CareOne Home Health
Amtej Dhillon is the VP of Business Development and Strategy at CareOne Home Health, a medical home care company with operations throughout Northern California. He has been instrumental in spearheading the development and implementation of five disease-specific home care programs leading to an increase in quality of care metrics, a reduction in patient hospital readmissions, and reduction in overall cost of care. Amtej led a multidisciplinary team that successfully implemented remote telehealth monitoring services for chronically ill patients allowing for around the clock care through vital sign monitoring. He also works closely with the Director of Marketing in establishing targeted marketing strategies for CareOne’s hospital and skilled nursing partners in the community.
Amtej received his M.B.A from Santa Clara University and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business.
